Instead of focusing on the leader as an individual, I work with organizations to explore how leadership can be held as a field. From that shared inquiry, pathways emerge that align with the specific question at hand and with the dynamics of people and the organization.
A collaboration unfolds from the guiding question and in alignment with what needs to develop within the organization. This may take the form of a leadership program, a deepening team development process, or process facilitation when an organization is experiencing stagnation.
